【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61850appliestoSubstationAutomationSystems(SAS).Itstandardizesthecommunicationbetweenintelligentelectronicdevices(lEDs)andtherelatedsystemrequirements.Thespecificationsofthispartrefertothecommunicationrequirementsofthefunctionsbeingperformedinthesubstationautomationsystemandtodevicemodels.Allknownfunctionsandtheircommunicationrequirementsareidentified.Thedescriptionofthefunctionsisnotusedtostandardizethefunctions,buttoidentifycommunicationrequirementsbetweentechnicalservicesandthesubstation,andcommuni-cationrequirementsbetweenIntelligentElectronicDeviceswithinthesubstation.Thebasicgoalisinteroperabilityforallinteractions.StandardizingfunctionsandtheirimplementationiscompletelyoutsidethescopeofthispartofIEC61850.Therefore,asinglephilosophyforallocatingfunctionstodevicescannotbeassumedintheIEC61850series.Tosupporttheresultingrequestforfreeallocationoffunctions,aproperbreakdownoffunctionsintopartsrelevantforcommunicationisdefined.Theexchangeddataandtheirrequiredperformancearedefined.Thesedefinitionsaresupplementedbyinformativedataflowcalculationsfortypicalsubstationconfigurations.Intelligentelectronicdevicesfromsubstationssuchasprotectivedevicesarealsofoundinotherinstallationssuchaspowerplants.UsingthispartofIEC61850forsuchdevicesintheseplantsalsowouldfacilitatethesystemintegrationbutthisisbeyondthescopeofthispartofIEC61850.
