【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationistoserveasgeneralguidelinesforassessmentofthefirethreattopeople.Itencompassesthedevelopment,evaluationanduseofrelevantquantitativeinformationforuseinfirehazardandriskassessment.Thisinformation,generallyobtainedfromfireincidenceinvestigation,firestatistics,real-scalefiretestsandfromphysicalfiremodels,istobeusedinconjunctionwithcomputationalmodelsforanalysisoftheinitiationanddevelopmentoffire,firespread,smokeformationandmovement,chemicalspeciesgeneration,transportanddecayandpeoplemovement,aswellasfiredetectionandsuppression(ISO/TR13387).AspectsofthemethodologydescribedherearefurtheramplifiedinISO/TS13571andISO13344.ThisTechnicalSpecificationisintendedtofacilitateaddressingtheconsequencesofasingleacutehumanexposuretofireeffluent.Othereffectsoftheheat,gasesandaerosols(suchaseffectsonelectronicequipmentandeffectsoffrequent,multipleenvironmentalexposuresofpeople),whichareofimportanceinfiresafetydesign,aretobeaddressedelsewhere.
