【摘要】:1Ingeneral,thisstandardappliestoautomaticelectricalcontrolsforusein,on,orinassociationwithequipmentforhouseholdandsimilaruse,includingcontrolsforheating,air-conditioningandsimilarapplications.Theequipmentmayuseelectricity,gas,oil,solidfuel,solarthermalenergy,etc.,oracombinationthereof.1.1Thisstandardappliestotheinherentsafety;totheoperatingvalues,operatingtimes,andoperatingsequenceswheresuchareassociatedwithequipmentsafety;andtothetestingofautomaticelectricalcontroldevicesusedin,orinassociationwith,householdorsimilarequipment.ThisstandardisalsoapplicabletocontrolsforapplianceswithinthescopeofIEC60335-1.Throughoutthisstandardtheword"equipment"means"applianceandequipment."Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoautomaticelectricalcontrolsintendedexclusivelyforindustrialapplications.Thisstandardisalsoapplicabletoindividualcontrolsutilizedaspartofacontrolsystemorcontrolswhicharemechanicallyintegralwithmultifunctionalcontrolshavingnon-electricaloutputs.Automaticelectricalcontrolsforequipmentnotintendedfornormalhouseholduse,butwhichneverthelessmaybeusedbythepublic,suchasequipmentintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.SeealsoannexJ.1.2Thisstandardappliestoautomaticelectricalcontrols,mechanicallyorelectricallyoperated,responsivetoorcontrollingsuchcharacteristicsastemperature,pressure,passageoftime,humidity,light,electrostaticeffects,flow,orliquidlevel,current,voltageoracceleration.1.3Thisstandardappliestostartingrelays,whichareaspecifictypeofautomaticelectricalcontrol,intendedtoswitchthestartingwindingofamotor.Suchcontrolsmaybebuiltinto,orbeseparatefrom,themotor.1.4Thisstandardappliestomanualcontrolswhensuchareelectricallyand/ormechanicallyintegralwithautomaticcontrols.RequirementsformanualswitchesnotformingpartofanautomaticcontrolarecontainedinIEC61058-1.2Thisstandardappliestocontrolswitharatedvoltagenotexceeding690Vandwitharatedcurrentnotexceeding63A.3Thisstandarddoesnottakeintoaccounttheresponsevalueofanautomaticactionofacontrol,ifsucharesponsevalueisdependentuponthemethodofmountingthecontrolintheequipment.Wherearesponsevalueisofsignificantpurposefortheprotectionoftheuser,orsurroundings,thevaluedefinedintheappropriatehouseholdequipmentstandardorasdeterminedbythemanufacturershallapply.4Thisstandardappliesalsotocontrolsincorporatingelectronicdevices,requirementsforwhicharecontainedinannexH.ThisstandardappliesalsotocontrolsusingNTCorPTCthermistors,requirementsforwhicharecontainedinannexJ.5NormativereferencesThefollowingnormativedocumentscontainprovisionswhich,throughreferenceinthistext,constituteprovisionsofthispartofIEC60730.Atthetimeofpublication,theeditionsindicatedwerevalid.Allnormativedocumentsaresubjecttorevision,andpartiestoagreementsbasedonthispartofIEC60730areencouragedtoinvestigatethepossibilityofapplyingthemostrecenteditionsofthenormativedocumentsindicatedbelow.MembersofIECandISOmaintainregistersofcurrentlyvalidInternationalStandards.IEC60038:1983,IECstandardvoltagesIEC60050(604):1987,InternationalElectrotechnicalVocabulary(IEV)-Chapter604:Generation,transmissionanddistributionofelectricity-OperationIEC60065:1998,Audio,videoandsimilarelectronicapparatus-SafetyrequirementsIEC60068-2-75:1997,Environmentaltesting-Part2-75:Tests-TestEh:HammertestsIEC60085:1984,ThermalevaluationandclassificationofelectricalinsulationIEC60099-1:1991,Surgearresters-Part1:Non-linearresistortyp
